Just booked quick car hire question

Hi all i have just booked for october 6th now im looking to book my car which i normally use usrentacar and get a budget with free upgrade.I can book it no problem but i do know that the desk at sanford closes at 6pm on tuesdays,we don't land till 5.30 so don't think i will get there on time.
What happens in this situation? do they arrange something.

Has anyone used carhire3000.com prices look good but not sure if its fully inclusive.

We flew into Sandford about 10 years ago and our flight was delayed by 5 hours so we arrived about 11pm. I followed the signs to Car rental and there was a free phone for Budget. Gave them a call and a guy turned up and took us to an offsite office and arranged everything. Things may well have chnaged since then but I dont think you'll have an issue.
