I'm so excited! We just booked our photo shoot at the Grand Floridian 9/13! I'm so happy, happy, happy! Finally, this year, we'll have a Photopass with more than 8 pictures on it!!!

Sorry it took so long to reply.

This is a one-on-one photo shoot you can schedule with a Photopass photographer at the Grand Floridian. There is normally a session fee of $49 something, but if you pre-order the Photopass CD, the session fee is waived.

You spend about 20-30 minutes with the photographer having your picture taken in various spots in and outside of the resort. I've heard it's something like 40 pictures, and they will be on your Photopass!

How do you go about booking this? Is there a number I can call.
Do I let them know that I pre ordered the photo pass?
Does this work if you are sharing a photo pass with a friend?
Also, if you have the photo pass how much does this cost?

Yes, the number to call to book it is 407-824-1700. If you tell them that you are going to preorder your PP CD, they will just tell you to bring a copy of the invoice.

There is no cost for the session IF YOU PREORDER the PP CD. If you do not PREORDER, there is a $49.95 session fee. And yes, these photos can be combined with your park PP too.

Just to add, there is a third option;

- NOT get the prepurchaged CD, and NOT pay the $49,95 sitting fee, BUT having to buy the CD right then and there at a price of $129,95 (and therefor without the possibility to add borders etc.)

Thanks so much for all of the information!!! I just booked our photo shoot for next Monday (a week from today!! ) - how exciting! I feel like I just got a pre-trip dose of pixie dust with this! I had already pre-ordered the photopass cd, so this is *almost* the equivalent of a Disney freebie (if there is such a thing ). I kept seeing thread titles about the GF photo shoot and never looked to see what it was about, I just figured it was something that would cost like $200-300. Little did I know....
