Just Booked our August Trip!

Just had to share the good news - Booked with Debbie at MJ today for our August trip (8/7 - 8/15/06) -POR Riverside Mansions

I can hardly contain myself. DH knows, but DD and DS only think we MAY go back.

This is my first time working with MJ and it has already been a positive experience. I emailed my request for a quote last night at 8:00 pm. Went to work this morning and my quote was sitting in my email - and get this, the quote was actually sent to me last night at 9:30 pm!

Now I start watching for airfare - any suggestions on how much lead time I should have before actually booking a flight?

I am not sure where you are flying in from but we always take SW. SW only books out 6 mths in advance unless they have changed from last year. They always have the cheapest rates for us. That was for a family of 3 and now we have an addition so next year when we go we will be paying for another child which is usually 1/2 price. Good Luck with you airfare search. Hope this helped.

We fly out of Bradley in Hartford, and SW does fly from there. I am not yet convinced that is the way to go for our family mainly because when I am on vacation, the last thing I want to do is even think about a computer, much less have to worry about printing boarding passes the day before I leave WDW. Others have suggested that we have someone from here do it for us, then go to the kiosk and reprint, but that is also just not an option for us. Also, DH would never forgive me if we can't sit with the kids, so I am keeping all my options open and just trying to be patient! I am considering flying out of either Boston or even JFK on JetBlue maybe, especially if Delta/Song does not get their act together by then.
