Not DVC yet - not sure when that addition to the resort is opening. This is a one-bedroom suite in the hotel portion.

Does anyone have pics of this room type? We'll be there in March for my dd's 21st birthday! :cool1: :cool1:

No, I don't have any pictures. I don't even know what it is! What is GCH?:confused3

Grand Californian at DLR. I've never seen th suite but I had a friend stay there and she was VERY impressed. I can't wait for it to become DVC :)

I'm so excited about this trip - my dh grew up in the area & my dd was born there, but we haven't been back since she was a tiny baby. We'll be celebrating her 21st and plan to meet up with extended family & friends.

We're spoiled by the DVC villas at WDW, so I was having a hard time booking just a regular room - I was so excited to find a one bedroom suite. We had some banked points & are only staying a few days (the 21 y.o. wants to visit Vegas too), so it worked.

I'd still love to see pics though - I can only find one on the Disney site.

Good idea - I will try that.....I've been searching, but haven't had much luck so far.

Thanks!

Hi! We stayed in a 1 BR suite at the GCH last August on points. I unfortunately, do not have any pictures, but this link will give you some pictures and room layouts:

BTW, we really enjoyed the stay at the GCH, and the suite was very nice. Be forewarned, however, that Concierge was NOT included. You can add that on with cash, if you want to.
