Just booked my package at POR

My wonderful AAA agent switched my room only to a package at POR first thing this morning AAA saved me $312.20 I booked 10 nights at POR in a king size bed room with 10 day MYW tickets w/Park Hopper & Water Park and Fun for $2397.76. This price is without trip insurance which I was told is $59.95 a person if I wish to add it. I've always had insurance in the passed, but might take my chances this time (I've never actually needed it for anythig).

Without. I had considered it, but it was stressing me out too much. I'm one of those peope who want to get my money's worth if I'm paying for it and I was just getting stressed trying to arrange everything.

I'm confused. You're going in the same "season" that I'm going, so I don't understand how you saved more than I did when we're going for one more night. We're not getting the waterpark option and we ARE getting the DDP, but that shouldn't matter at all since only the room portion is discounted. The only thing I can figure - is there a cost difference for a king room vs. 2 beds?

Just answered my own ? by looking on allearsnet.com. It's about $20 a night more for the king room, which would explain the higher discount So it works out to 15% off still. Thanks for bearing with me as I talk to myself hehe

I'm starting to think that disney puts out so many options just to confuse us. Everyone wants to get the best deal that they can, but it can really drive you crazy These are the times that I miss the old packages where your park tickets were included with park hopper and water parks for your length of stay. The good old days when things were simple.
