Just booked my fast pass plus last night...test track question

Just booked my weeks worth of Fast Pass last night, not sure I can say if its really a Plus right now. Being limited to 3 rides per day in the same park just plain old stinks.

My question is, will I have a problem walking on to Test Track before my 9:10-10:10am Soarin fast pass? Does anyone know how bad that line is standby when the park first opens?

Thank you.

We were at Epcot last week, when the spring break crowds were insane. We rope dropped Epcot on Monday, March 24th but arrived only about 10 minutes before park opening, so were quite far back in line. We proceeded quickly (but did not run) to TT and only waited about 5-7 minutes. By the time we finished, the line was out to 45 minutes.

You should be fine, but be prepared to arrive at Soarin during the later part of that window.

the park doesn't open until 9. SO if you are there at the front and run like mad when you get there, you could be able to walk in or have just a short wait. The problem is though - test track is kind of a long ride. You have to build your car, paint your car and what not and then ride your car. I would be so worried about it taking too long that I would not be able to enjoy it.

I would probably instead, go right to Soarin and do that at 9:10 and then go over to test track. And get in the stand by line. Whatever the line is, at the early in the morning it is still going to be shorter then it would be any other time in the day.

And honestly, there are so few rides at epcot that ever have long lines, if you have to wait in a long line for test track after Soarin, you still have plenty of time to get through the rest of the park in the day.

Just my thoughts-

I think you'll be totally fine to ride TT and then make it to Soarin'. And if you do miss it (which I think is NOT going to happen) you can re-book Soarin for later.

Get there before rope drop (which is usually 15-20 mins before "opening" time, depending on crowds) and go straight to Test Track.
