I just booked my honeymoon in Disney!. We are going to stay Aug 30- Sept 7 at ASMu to save a little money since we are having 2 weddings, one in the States (Catholic Wedding with my family) and one in Taiwan( Buddhist Wedding with his Family). But we are planning on the couples massage, on the Deluxe Dinning Plan since we love to eat at Disney! And we are planning on attending Night of Joy. I am so excited! Disney was our first trip together and it will be our honeymoon too! If anyone has any suggestions on how to make it the best honeymoon please respond!

Congrats! We're also Disneymooning this summer, about a month before you, and we're also doing the DxDDP - we've used the DDP on our last 2 trips, before the changes, and the Dx plan will let us eat at some signature restaurants, which we've never been able to do before.

Have you made your dinner ressies yet? You'll be there at a pretty busy time (end of summer/Labor Day weekend) so the more popular restaurants might be harder to get in to, and you should be right the 180 day mark now. We're doing Jiko & Citrico's for signature dining, and also eating at Le Cellier & Wolfgang Puck Cafe, 2 of our favorites. I believe we're also trying Yak & Yeti for lunch one day, and I forget the others... we're only in WDW for 3 days, then we're heading out on a Disney cruise!

Also, have you heard about the Honeymoon photo shoot? It's ~$300 for a 1-hr shoot in the park or resort of your choice plus a 20-print album. We're working on setting one up now, I got all the info emailed to me yesterday. If you're interested, PM me your email addy and I'll forward the stuff to you. We thought it would be really cool b/c very few people ever end up with truly professional pics on their honeymoon.

Congrats from another Disneymooner...we'll be after you are. I'm so excited. My only advice is to take some time and plan out your restaurants as well as planning out some time to just relax and do nothing. You can always buy the bride and groom ears :) and I'm sure you'll get special attention from the cast members.

You might want to book a fireworks cruise if they are available and spend some time together alone watching the fireworks from your own private boat.

Take care and best wishes to you!

Congrats all! We are planning on eating at Ohana for our first night and then the California grill. I love the fireworks and you can see them from both. I think that I may try Jiko.
