Just booked my ADR's

Wow - I must have gotten right through on the phone, I didn't even have to hold at all. Anyway, got the rest of my reservations through Disney Dining by 7:10!

Now I can go back to sleep.

Hopefully Disney can get the +10 thing figured out for those who are booking online.

I had problems too yesterday when using my laptop. When I tried to select my arrival date it was acting up, so I went onto a different computer and it worked fine.

I have been on the phone to WDW dine for 25 mins and the cast member will not let me book 90+10 because I have a split stay. I am now on hold for a supervisor. This is driving me crazy. I want to SCREAM!

Still holding. I asked them to modify an existing reservation and they can't even do that because they say it is outside my booking window???

50 mins on the phone from the UK and the supervisor refused to make my ADRs because we are on a split stay. She says the system will allow her to do it but she won't because it is against the rules. I have just about had it with Disney! I am paying $1637.46 for the dining plan and they won't let me use the 10 day advantage. As far as concerned I am a Disney guest no matter which resort I'm staying in, but Disney obviously don't agree. What has happened to Disney customer service in the last few years??

I just booked online this morning and was able to book Dec 2 through Dec 12. I'm at VWL for Dec 2-4, on DCL for Dec 5-11 and at BLT on Dec 12. When I put my reservation number in for Dec 2-4 at VWL, all 10 days opened to me for booking.

I'm so sorry you guys are having a hard time making the system work for you. Silly question, but have you tried refreshing? When I made mine, I entered my resort reservation number, which the system retrieved, and as soon as I did that, it opened up the 10 day window for me. I had to refresh though on each tab to get each tab to open up that 10 day window.

On a happier note, I just went in and booked Cali Grill for dinner for our last night. One big (expensive) last hurrah! I was surprised to see that they had availability.

Our window opened yesterday. I was able to get online right at 6:00 am and it opened my 90 + 10 fine. I made 9 ADRs. I had my confirming email within a few minutes. At 7:00 am I phoned Disney Dining to book the CP dinner package. I only had about an 8 minute wait to talk to a CM. Later in the day I was already needing to modify some of my reservations (long story) but the online system would not open up the plus 10. I had to call dining again. Only waited a few minutes to get through. They were able to help me with my modifications. There is no way to get an email from the phoned in reservation or changes so be sure you have your confirmation # and dining time and place all written down and stored in a few places.
