I just booked a solo trip for Jan 2005 at the Wilderness Lodge. I've heard some much about this resort. I really can't wait to go!!!

You'll have a great time! I've taken 3 solo trips in January. I'll also be there in January, 2005, either solo or with DS (in that case, also, alot of solo time, since he's 20 yo and doesn't want to hang around with Mom too much!) Just bring clothes for all types of weather-I've had some Januarys that have been literally freezing!

It would be the very first week in January 1/1-1/8, since I'm a teacher and will not be back in school yet. However, if I had my choice, I think the week you're going is probably a little better. Enjoy!
