Ok I know this is a little premature, but can anyone tell me whether it is a good idea to purchase my Disney tickets this far in advance. What we are looking for is a pass for all disney parks include water park and disney quest as that was a good way of entertaining the children in the evening for a while. Our holiday doesn't even leave here until 19th August 2006. Any other suggestions would be most welcome.
Many thanks
Wendy

You didn't say how many days you would be at WDW.So I will take a guess at that and try to suggest a ticket option. You could get a 7 day MYW ticket with park hopper option and with plus's but not the no expiration option. That ticket would give you 5 plus's that could be used at water park's and Disney Quest. So you could go to water park, then MK and then on to Epcot. So after that day you would have 6 day's and 4 plus's left.Next day you go to Disney Quest and water park. You now have 6 days and 2 plus's left on your ticket.Hope this helps you a little.I don't see a need to buy to far in advance but if you would feel more comfortable getting them now that would be ok.Ticket would not activate until you used it at WDW. :goodvibes :wizard: :wave2:

if you thik that is premature, you must be new here, many of us are planning past 06, i personally would get my tickets now because they are not likely to go onsale and if the prices go up you already have yours, u might consider a discounted ticket source like ticketmania.com they are authorized to sell tickets at a discount, good luck

It is NOT too early, when you are going to the WORLD!! We are going August 22, 2006. We have our resort and tickets already. We won't be doing the waterparks as we will only be there 7 days. We get them ahead of time so that the resort and tickets are all paid for before we get there. Besides, with the tickets paid in advance, if the price goes up on them, we don't have to pay the higher price!!

Forgot to tell. We have the park hopper for the whole time. Some will want to go to one park and others to another and then we all meet up for dinner at another!!! :goodvibes
