So first time cruiser, and never thought I would be able to get a dinner reservation. I been checking every few days, and ended up getting this restaurant. Pretty excited. 3 night cruise

Does anyone know the order of restaurants they usually assign to you? I am trying to see what restaurant I would be losing, by taking this reservation.

I honestly know nothing about this restaurant. Hope its good. Wanted at least 1 night of special dinner

There is hope for people who can't get reservations after all

But, I have second seating dinner, so I assume I will miss a show now? 1st night Dinner 6:30pm

Will I be missing things? I mean if I gotta cancel it’s fine. Just curious

You can’t tell in advance what restaurant you’ll skip on your Enchanté night. There are three rotations. Each evening, a third of the ship eats at each dining room.

On your first night, you will miss the Seas the Adventure show, which was really good, IMHO. We went to Enchante on our 4 night Wish cruise and I was less than impressed. You will definitely miss one MDR if you do Enchante on the 3-night. I thought all of the MDRs on the Wish were really good - the food isn't great, but I would not want to miss the shows in Arendelle or Marvel and 1923 is beautiful. Personally, I would cancel Enchante and just go to the MDRs on a 3-night cruise.

Thanks for the advice. Might just do that

I would also suggest forgoing that reservation a 3 night cruise will fly by if you do enchante depending on the time you booked you might miss the show since there is a different show each night. You could always cancel it and once you get onboard check what dining rotation you have, and other activities and If you decide you still want to do it see if there is a time available once you get onboard. When we were on our Wish cruise in sept they place had a few times an evening the reviews haven’t been the best possibly it’s gotten a little bit better if you were to skip one main dining room menu I’d suggest skipping Marvel the food was not amazing in that restaurant

Are you still assigned a dinner and show that night, even with the reservation booked? Ala the same original times you would have, even without a reservation?

you are still assigned a main dining room. Typically how it works with those with main dining, which is normally around 545 they go to the second show which is normally 8:30. And those with second dining which is 8:15 can go to the first show that is typically 6 or 6:30. I remember on the wish one of the shows was at 6 and the other ones were at 6:30 if I can remember we had second dining. Like on the fantasy in May we had first dining so typically we will go to the 830 show but we booked Palo for 8pm so we went to the 6pm show before dinner which isn’t an issue.

So depending on the reservation time you may be able to go to the show still. Just keep in mind I know dinner can be a long experience.

I’ve also heard Enchante was not impressive.
