Just book a PS or do a private party or reception.

I was figuring that after the vow renewal we'd have a dinner in Epcot and then surprise everyone again with a dessert part for illuminations.

Is just making a priority seating ok or would you do a private party or reception or something.
hmmm..

(the longer the wait to the your special day the more ways you can figure out how to spend more money.)

Depending on how many people you will be having, a PS should be ok. If you want a special menu for your guests, than you will have to do a private party somewhere.
Good luck and happy planning!

You are right, the longer the wait till your day, the more it ends up costing you!

We were going to do a PS as well, but our wedding coordinator said that the restaurants could not gaurantee that we would all be seated together. I really didn't want our group to be seperated, so we decided to book a private dinner party at Fultons.

I have to say that as time goes on, I am happier and happier with our decision to do this. We will have our own private room where we will have appetizers and everyone will be together and there won't be as much noise. People will be able to mingle where at a priority seating they won't be able to move around.

You know, it is always a tough decision and I am sure that you will be happy with whatever you decide.

Best of Luck!

How many are in your party? Are you having an intimate?

If we are 14 I would think we'd have no problem, just hav eto call group dining i guess.

I have to say your reasons are very tempting to have a private party....

We are having an intimate.......total guests are 18 (this includes babies as well)

My sister is planning on having a "girls" night out the night before the wedding and called to book a PS for 8....when she booked the PS she was told that if we wanted to have a better chance of all 8 of us sitting together we would have to book an early PS... if she wanted to book a later time the could not gaurantee that the 8 of us would be together. She ended up booking a PS for 4:15...much earlier than she would have preferred but we really wanted all of us to be together.

My best suggestion is to call and talk with someone at the WDW dine line. Ask them with 14 people where they would be able to set up a priority seating that all of you would be able to sit together. Don't forget to ask what time they would be able to do this....

Based on this information, this may help you decide which way you want to go.....
