I'd just like to note that all the people I know who voted early are democrats. None of my republican friends here in NC have voted early. In fact, my pro-McCain neighbor didn't even know she could. She's a little worried about making it to vote on Tuesday. Guess when you're not that inspired by your candidate, it's easy to just . . . forget.

The addendum is really very simple: To quote someone who already quoted the OP, so that the second quote cannot change the first quote, and can if fact be quoted themselves, unless of course the first quote is part of a multi-quote. If that quote is in fact, part of a multi-quote, but not quoted in its entirety, then the first quoter must agree to provide the multi-quoter the ability to use the modified quote in any subsequent quotes. All of this must be approved by the Tag Fairy, and that post must be quoted prior to any multi-quotes of any poster that was previously posted on any thread.

Unless of course the thread is not about the first rule.

That...or a subpart of the addendum, which could be construed as additional guidelines, as long as it is not in conflict with any other part of the new rule, or the addendum thereof!

Not to be confused with points and authorities that could be and should be listed for a clear and concise focus on the initial and secondary purpose of this, or any other rule.
