I wonder if I spent too much time outside and not enough watching after school tv.

it seemed there were a couple shows that came on right after school you watched did homework and played outside until dinner. My parents made sure i went outside. I think to many kids nowadays are not made to go outside.

Ironically when my kids were in kindergarten they were asked what they were thankful at Thanksgiving, and they all had varying answers but one of the girls, I think it was Kacy was thankful because, "My Mom makes me go outside." Out of the mouth of babes.

well i went to Aulani today to check it out, BUT, it is surrounded by "private" roads, so we could not get to close, plus it was raining like crazy, it looked like the hotels are all built and looked like they were working on the grounds of the resort, i got some pictures but nothing to great, once i get them on my computer i will see if they are worth uploading.
