Momma & Daddy called and it turns out that my Daddy is going to be transferred for a year to Saudi Arabia, My Momma told us there was no way under God’s green Earth she was going to go with him. She said that as a Texan and a woman the first time she was told to cover up there would be and international indent.

Almost good afternoon! Had to take DH to the surgeon for follow-up appointment. He's doing well, now he needs to start physical therapy. That's the tough part!

I am so sore right now. My morning boot camp class is doing a 3 days straight thing. Monday we went to a place in San Jo called Communication Hills and did a stair workout. OMG killer. Today we did a circuit workout and my legs and butt were still sore from Monday. We're supposed to do the stairs again tomorrow Here's a photo of *part* of the stairs (there's another level! 200+stairs total) that one of the girls found online:

Almost good afternoon! Had to take DH to the surgeon for follow-up appointment. He's doing well, now he needs to start physical therapy. That's the tough part!

I am so sore right now. My morning boot camp class is doing a 3 days straight thing. Monday we went to a place in San Jo called Communication Hills and did a stair workout. OMG killer. Today we did a circuit workout and my legs and butt were still sore from Monday. We're supposed to do the stairs again tomorrow Here's a photo of *part* of the stairs (there's another level! 200+stairs total) that one of the girls found online:

Glad to hear your DH is doing well so far. I hope his recovery continues smoothly and PT goes well!!

But Those stairs terrify me. And here I am so proud of myself for going out for a 2.5 mile walk with out doggie. Way to go!!

I went to the Super Wal-Mart, OMG it's HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It felt like I was in Costco because it's got the high ceilings but it was bigger! LOL I was a little intimidated, I got what I needed and left. It was busy but every check stand was open so I got in and out really fast.

Wow sounds good. There is a reason Bab's is always crowded. It is that good. I am not much of a wine drinker. But, I love breakfast out.

I always thought Peter De Luise was pretty hot too.

The girls got a kick out of Peter De Luise with hair and skinny. LOL They had no problems figuring out who he was tho, once I told them they knew him from a show on Disney Channel. LOL We watched the pilot of 21 Jump Street last night, pretty much funny....

there's this awesome guy on my FB friends....you could check him out, his name is Sky. He's in the Air Force and he's a hottie.

I just love that line. It suits my nephew perfectly. He has the best eye for fashion. He puts colors together that look amazing, and he never hesitates to wear pink, purple, or any of the so called female colors.

hehe Micah wears purple all the time, it's my favorite color so he wears it for me. He's got a shirt that is striped with pink purple and blue.

I like red wine, white wine and cheese. When we spend Christmas with my in-laws we usually watch a holiday movie on Christmas Eve and drink a glass of red wine or port and eat stilton cheese and pear slices and crackers.

Okay, now I'm making myself hungry so I am going to bed instead.

I love a good glass of wine!!! I like all kinds but my favorite is white zin, a bottle of Charles Shaw is $2!! Cannot beat that. We have so many good wineries around here that we've got a nice collection of good wines, from Reislings to Merlots, and most of them were under $20 a bottle. I love having wine with cheese, sometimes for dinner DBF and I will have wine, cheese, crackers, salami and fruit. YUMMY!

Afternoon ladies, I'm getting ready to run off to Raley's to grab a couple things I need for dinner. I'm making carnitas, got a pork roast in the crock pot with onion, garlic, cilantro, lime, orange, brown sugar, it's on a 6 hr cook cycle and that's what's for dinner. I have some flour tortillas but I need to get some cheese & sour cream so I'm gonna run to Raley's and get that and get one of their yummy noodle bowls for lunch too. I've got parent/teacher conferences this afternoon with DD10's teacher (that's Jade) and her friend is coming over after for a little while. Currently I have an itty bitty kitty sleeping on my chest while I type, well I guess he's not really sleeping, more like dozing because he's purring like crazy. LOL He's such a little love bug and he's super soft and fluffy. I love cuddling with him. I was thinking about making brownies for dessert, maybe getting some vanilla ice cream so we can make brownie sundaes, I've got some awesome caramel sauce from a winery that would be delish with some vanilla ice cream and chocolate. I should run to the store tho, so I can get there, get back, eat and make it to Jade's conference.....so I'm gonna run. see you gals later.

Ryan isn't quite that bad. But, he is into his suits. He won't get a job outside of the mall because he doesn't like to get dirty.

I hope you had luck. I am back on the wagon today. I went to the Hostess store and just bought breads that we needed. No snacks. I am so proud.

Cheese is good. I never cared for wine, though. I like cheese with good crackers and some meat like salamie or summer sausage.

I love cheese but not the wine myself.

I like Red Wine, I can't drink white - it makes me very happy very quickly. I am not a fan of fancy cheese.

It makes me sick.

Goodmorning. Biiiig mug of coffee for me this morning, because I stayed up too late knitting I'd like to have an extra day off and use this one to just stay in bed and sleep all day. No craft projects.

I was in there last night and it was really crowded and there were only four cashiers. The shelves have been empty every time I have been in there and they aren't keeping up with it and it is dirty. I will stick with Raley's.

I love kittens. There is something so wonderful about the love and trust that they give you.

Man, I guess all the cheese talk I picked up from you. I just took a soothing warm bath to ease my legs (so sore between all the walking in S.F. and todays walk with the dog). And now I'm totally going to hit the grocery store to pick up some brie, crackers, and grapes. Yum. Hopefully they still carry the Rouge et Noir cheese that I love. We always stop by their factory when we head out to Point Reyes.

Good Morning ladies!
I had such a good night, I had to get the train home with my my friends brother who is my age and he is really cute so it was pretty fun we had gourmet pizza! He made 4 different kinds: Cheese and Garlic, Vegetarian, Prosciutto and olives and sun dried tomato and other yum gourmet stuff. It was the BEST pizza I have had in a very long time!!

I am now at work (30 minutes early ) with my chai latte and a fresh breadroll! I also bought my lunch this morning on the way to work, its some yummy chickpea and pumpkin salad and it was only $4!

Maybe you can help with a toddler boy question. Mine is almost 3 (in January) and isn't quite potty trained. He takes off his training diappers after he "goes" and demands a new one. I'll see him doing a number 2 and take him to the potty. Six months ago it looked as though he'ld be trained by the time he was 3 but has seemed to relaps into being a "baby" instead of becoming a "big boy". Any tips/advise?

One thing I learned with mine that I had to let them train at their pace. The disposable kind training pants are too comfortable. I know that sounds silly but I bought Loren "big" boy underwear and during the day he wore those and the only time he wore the others were at bedtime. He didn't like how the big boy pants felt when they got soiled. Yes it makes more work for you but that is what worked for us.

It looks like he will be going with out Momma, The company will fly him home about every three months. She would not be happy living on a compound, all her friends are in Texas.

So the dog and I went on a run tonight. He was going so fast, I figured that meant he wanted me to tire him out quicker Now he is curled up next to me absolutely beat. He has short legs.
