Well, my sister is home for the next month. Nobody told me she was bringing people with her again. This makes me so uncomfortable, I can't begin to tell you. But nobody cares how I feel, lol. So, I'm kind of not happy to have her home. Not to mention they are all smokers so on top of my sister making me sick to my stomach they are too (plus my good old friend, anxiety).

I can't help it, I've been in a pooh-poor mood lately. Work is stressing me out as we get closer to Christmas and next week will be insane. I havent worked a full week in a very long time and next week is as full as it can be with some very odd midnight and overnight shifts.

But man, less than 2 weeks actually. I'll be leaving that Thursday so I'll get to see Jason that much sooner. But I'm so very excited for NYE at Disneyland!!

It's not that their 'alone'. She's apparently the designated "I'll take you to the airport and back" person for anyone she goes to college with who lives in the Bay Area. The problem that I have is that she doesn't check with or tell anyone about it until they are on their way. It's inconsiderate.

Plus it means I am forced to clean. This makes me bitter, lol.

Ours will be a quiet Christmas this year. I have to work Christmas Eve and Chrismtas night so we wont be visiting any family like we usually do. My parents just want to stay home so that looks like that will win out. My mom might make a nice meal or it might just be completely low key.

We still don't have a tree up or any kind of decoration (minus the Mistletoe candle I have in my bedroom and my depressing mini tree sitting on my TV cabinet). I don't think we're going to lug it out of the garage, move furniture, and put it up this late in the game.

I am finally in the holiday spirit a little bit. I started a new scarf today as a gift for WBG's best friend. I just decided this morning that I wanted to make Vinny a scarf. The only problem I had was I was looking for an orange yarn to make his scarf because orange is his favorite color. I ended up with a pumpkin color.

I need to post a picture of the scarf I made for WBG to hand out. I finished it this morning long about 5:45. I woke up at like 3:30 and wasn't able to go back to sleep so I decided to work on the scarf. As soon as WBG gets home and I know where the camera is I will post a picture.

Speaking of WBG he has to work on Christmas eve. I really felt sorry for my niece Stephanie because she has a toddler and she was scheduled to work Christmas eve night and Christmas day. She managed to find someone to switch shifts with. She is going to work Christmas night instead.

I wish my department wher I work was one where I could switch shifts. Life would be easier, but we're very specialized in what we do and we are the only ones trained for it. Which can mean a pain when it comes to getting time off and why I am so thrilled to have NYE and a few days around it off.
