Checked in on 2/27 and to our dismay, clearly the room had been smoked in!! I have asthma so this is a very big deal in my world. We are starving so went to food court first, then to front desk. A CM helping people while still in line was SUPER nice, SUPER helpful and SUPER apologetic. Soon a second CM with iPad type thing joined her, then they escorted us to the front desk. We were promptly assigned a new room and upgraded to preferred location. They even offered to send bell services to transfer our luggage (all we had were carry ons, so we declined.) Front desk also took care of switching the room number with DME. Again, very apologetic and assured us that in room smoking was NOT in accordance w/ WDW policy.
Came home 3/3, bus service was super for the entire trip and my refillable mug worked correctly this time!
