We were at POR 7/4 - 7/11. 
Hot & crowded but we never waited in a line for more than 20 minutes & did all the major rides. We got there early & used the fast pass. We didn't have the daily rain showers that we had last year. While we were there they raised the price of the stroller rental. I think it's 10.00 a day now. we ended up skipping some of our character meals towards the end of the stay. they were too time consuming & we had too many other things we'd rather do. I'll give a full report later.
