Hi--

Just got back yesterday after spending 8 days in the parks. It was HOT and much more crowded than we anticipated. We used a LOT of FP's and fought over the squeeze breeze. Of course, we had a great time!! We had only been before in Sept and the crowds were quite a shock. Places with the worst heat were Fantasyland and Tarzan Rocks. Highly recommend the HOP lobby as the coldest place to relax. Oh, and did I mention it was HOT?

Sounds like it's a good thing I bought our mister fans! I better get extra batteries! Hope you had a good time anyways!

Glad you had a great time,thank's for sharing.::yes:: :wave2:

Hi dawgsgirl!

I have just returned as well and found the crowds to be much heavier than expected. However, IOA was much less crowded, so it was AWESOME!!!

::MickeyMo My "guess" is 'Hall of Presidents' in MK. I was stumped for a minute, too.::MickeyMo

Sorry about the abbreviation. The lobby at the Hall of Presidents was arctic and felt great. We sat on the floor and it was heavenly! Didn't even go to the show, just sat there and left before the crowd came in for the next show. Wonderful relaxing place to cool off!

Duh---I should have figured that out myself!

Thanks for the clarification! Now that you mention it, that attraction is also a good napping/nursing place for babies/toddlers!

That's interesting! The last time I was at the parks in the summer (about four years ago), IOA and Universal Studios were the only places that were miserably crowded. It was fun, but we counted that day as "the grumpy day." :)

I think everyone was at Disney. I was told Sea World was not too crowded either, although I unfortunately did not make it there.

I just returned too. I waited too long to fork out the $16 for the mister. But gave in at AK since that was very HOT. Seaworld was great. Little or no wait. Only wait was for the water ride, and the ice cream line, anyone wonder why?

I froze in the millionaire Play it. I was actually glad to get out in the heat. last few days I didn't even enjoy the pool since it was like a hot tub. My daughters boyfriend said he was sweating in the pool.

I went twice in May and never had this big of a crowd.

Hi all.

We just got back this morning.
Crowds were much heavier than anticipated.
Heat wasn't bad--but I live in New Orleans and like it when it gets to be 80 and above (apologies to all you snowbirds--but I have to fly south for the winter :teeth: ).
Went to the parks early. Fast Passes were the way to go.
Stormalong Bay every afternoon.

Oh well, come on October and MNSSHP!
