I just returned from a weekend trip to everyones favorite place :earboy2:

We had a great time except for the few moments when some parents were being a little unreasonable, however we won't go there.

We arrived on Firday Oct 28 while we intended to get there much earlier we didn't arrive at the resort until 6:30 pm. Since it was a last minute plan to stay the weekend we booked at the All Star and the line for check in was unbelievable :earseek: . I went thru the almost non existant line at what use to be called Guest relations but now called Concierge and was able to check in right away. I was doing the happy dance  , not really but would have been if I was not so shy.

We then headed to MK for the MNSSHP which was already started and was SOLD OUT apparently. The crowds were not too bad, as far as crowds go. We hit up almost every candy station in the place and left with more candy than a soul should be allowed to have. :cheer2: The little one was happy. My biggest disappointment was the Dance Party was moved from Tommorrowland near COP area to Cosmic Rays inside. Which was waayyy too crowded :crowded: if you ask me, which most people do not. It may have been better at Ariels Grotto only I wouldn't know we didn't make it there. As usual barnstormer was the ride of choice and lines were very short :Pinkbounc. As well we can't do MNSSHP without the Haunted Mansion. I enjoyed the lady who sat out front of the castle inside the gated area and "greeted" if I may, the people entering the ride. I don't have a huge complaint about the night although I thought it was lacking somewhere, the storytellers were not out as I remember in the past and although I can't pinpoint other items that were not the same it just seemed less halloween like. Fun but not the same.

For Saturday we originally planned AK then MGM but as always plans are made to be changed. We ended up at MGM then Epcot for Illuminations, which I am pretty sure one day I'm going to catch fire from all the firework debris that is constantly falling on me. :firefight MGM was nice, we did Indiana Jones, WWTBAM, Star Tours, tried to get into MaMa Melrose but as always no seats available for the day and since some of us had to have pizza Toy Story it was. we walked around the park for awhile and decided to walk to Epcot. I didn't mind the walk at all. We ended up walking a total of 19 miles on Saturday and Sunday according to the pedometer I bought. Not sure if it's accurate but I do know we did some walking. Where was I, Ok we made it to Epcot where we spent atleast an hour in Innoventions west playing videogames, mostly donald duck on the Game Cube I think it was. It doesn't matter have many consoles or games you buy them they still have to play wherever you take them. Go Figure! By this time it's after 7:00 and you know it Innoventions is closed and DD is still wanting to play as I'm saying we need to go before they kick us out. We left and checked the times board and yes soaring and test track both have rediculous wait times. So, DD decides she needs Chocolate ice cream in a cup, not a mickey bar, but chocolate ice cream in a cup. In case you are wondering Epcot doesn't have chocolate ice cream in a cup except in Italy at a small cart but it yes! it was closed! We ended up grabbing a coke and watching Illuminations then headed back to MGM where we needed to pick up our truck so we could head back to our room. We grabbed a pizza to go from Spoodles and while we waited we were nicely entertained by this Magician where our DD got to be the "star of the show". She of course loved every minute of it. It was incrediblely funny :rotfl2: I was laughing so hard. Finally made it back to the room and near about past out from exhaustion.

Sunday (today) was a AK day which was great as usual. We did camp minnie mickey, every bit of it, Lion King show which I always enjoy, the character meet and greet and the Pocahontas show. Off to Dino Land which I think would be considered a sin if we did not go, I'm not positive but pretty sure it would be. Then off to Bugs Life. No day at AK is complete without a meal at Rain Forest, no complaints. We caught the parade as we headed to the back for a ride on the Safari which was nice because it was cool (weather wise) and the animals that were out were a bit more active than usual. The Hippos were out of the water quickly moving about and the lion was up moving about which almost never happens. We then headed out of the park for the ride back home. The ride home was nicer than the ride there, less traffic on I4 :)

Now for my game idea,

DD has a Pal Mickey and wanted to take a pic of him. After DH took the picture which I thought was silly I had a Great Idea. We could do a Where's Mickey game. I've taken a few pics of Mickey in out of the way places or just areas that may not be so obvious and it's your job to guess where he is in the parks. I'll post one now and if anyone wants to guess go for it. After a short time (1-2 days?) if noone gets it I'll post the correct answer. If I'm breaking some rule or something then I apologize in advance.

Yes he is. Between the exit of Indiana Jones and the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost.

This may be easier than I thought it would be or maybe I need to get more creative. We'll see how the rest go.
