Just got back yesterday...we were down from 11/18-11/22. Stayed at the Vistana. This was a last minute trip and didn't get alot of the ADR's that we wanted.
Went to LTT for the character on 11/18. Characters and interaction were great but the food was not to our liking at all. The turkey, beef and ham were so dry, the salad brown and the mac/cheese gooey. We know that we go for the characters but this was just not good. WE've enjoyed CHef Mickey , 1900 PF and CP so much better and will probably stick with those. Many people have written to say they love LTT, but we didn't
We went to Cosmic Rays this trip based upon recom. We liked the food --great hamburgers --but didn't realize that there were 3 different lines. Made it a bit hard for the adults to help the kids. Thank goodness DH was with me....a single parent would have difficulty with more than a few children with different tastes.
We did our favorite Mama Melrose at MGM. We love it there. We had the green salad and minestrone soup and the kids had pasta. We've eaten there every trip and never have a bad meal. Great service and quiet! Love it!
