Hi guys,
Just a quick jot to say we're back and had a fantastic time, luckily our flight wasn't affected by the Heathrow incident tonight, but it certainly freaked us out!
Have about 500 photos and a pretty good memory of what happened, so will organise a TR over the weekend, but here are the highlights and lowlights of the trip
Highlights:
Tower of Terror - absolutely amazing, my new favourite ride!!
Having cocktails in the hotel bar and going to Hurricanes, oh my...
Finding out about Del Arte in Val d'Europ and spending about a third on meals than we would have in the Village!
Our trip into Paris
Going on Crush's Coaster again and again and again because there was only a 15 minute queue!
The free Character tea party (again because of booking problems)
Splashing about in the pool like idiots!
Lowlights:
Having to argue on arrival about the fact that we were due a Montana lake side room upgrade and VIP Fastpass - which A Small World said might happen! We got it though
Figuring out last night that we hadn't thought about how we were getting home, eeeek....
BTM being shut, and the rides that kept on breaking down on our last day!
We weren't impressed with a horrible woman at the Character Party, a CM called Christelle, who when we asked if we could sit at the window, she just said 'Non', and when we asked why, she stared at us for, I swear, about 5 seconds and said, in perfect English....'I don't speak English'. Hello Guest Relations!!
Anyhoo, just wanted to let you all know we had a fabulous and horribly quick time, but will give a fuller update soon
