Just back using National...no problems...

I booked back in March for this Nov-Dec trip and my rate was $110 for Full size for 7 days. We had not problems at all.

Upon return, it was Sunday, December 7 and all flights were cancelled to Boston due to the snow so we kept the rental for another day and came home that Monday, Dec 8. Our grand total for the 8 days was $132.

Very happy with National!

I'll surely miss the DC discounts though!

We also are just back, used National and had no problems at all - but that is what I have come to expect.

Booked last March and got a rate of $125 for the week, including all taxes and fees. Had a full size (Emerald Reserve) Chevrolet Classic. Picked it up on 12/7 and returned it yesterday (12/12). Both pick up and return were fast and easy.

did anyone notice if there were baggage carts available near National for hauling luggage to check-in area after returning the car?
