Just Back. Used Alamo.

I arrived at MCO on a Sunday morning. When I arrived at the Alamo check-in, the only way to get the car was to use a self-serve kiosk. There was noone from Alamo behind the counter which I thought was strange. At first I did not like the idea but it was very quick and very easy. I swiped my credit card and drivers license and off I went. I don't know what would have happened if I had a coupon though.
Does anyone have any questions?

What happened after you swiped your card and license? Did you get to go and pick out your own car?

It is known that is you have a coupon you give it to the exit attendant.

It really sounds like this Alamo kiosk system kinda follows National Emerald Club except you cannot go straight to the car.

Yes, I got to pick whatever car I wanted in the compact car section. There were 2 Chevy HHR's (which were very roomy) and the rest were chevy cobalts.

So just to clarify things for me since I do have a coupon and am a *********** member - I should go to the kiosk and swipe my credit card and driver's license, pick out my car, and then drive to the exit booth to show my paperwork and coupon? Thanks.
