Just back, took the tour....BCV new info

What kinds of things did she say (or any other guide that has misled someone) that was misleading? Our guide was Susie Botcher and I was very impressed with how straightforward she was in answering our direct questions.

Basically, Caryn just seemed to "push" VB - and the MB program to the point of discouraging an on-site purchase. I NEVER heard until I reached these boards that you should "purchase where you want to stay" It makes me wonder if there were additional incentives to guides to push VB.

Since we will probably do an add on at BCV, I guess there is no terrible harm done - But . . . had I known better, I probably would have purchased at VWL.

I hope that pool exclusion doesn't happen. Our main home is BWV and I am not crazy about the pool , esp. after we hopped to SAB last summer for one afternoon. I don't have any intention of adding on at BC since BWV is right there as well, and we have an addon at VWL. at BWV, my 3 and 6 year olds really had nowhere to swim except the baby pool--most of the pool was over the 6 year olds head. At SAB at least they had several different depths in different areas.
