We too just got back from all star music and loved it! This was a last minute cheapo trip for us and I too was hesitant to stay there based on some posts I had read. We picked that resort because that was where my sons school choir was staying and we wanted him to be with them. We were in Jazz 2, ground floor, room 2024.
As soon as we got there we could tell pictures did it no justice! I don't know why people don't like that resort because we loved it! It wasn't loud, but we weren't on the "pool" side even tho I don't think it would have made a difference. The theming was greatand the food court had a great selection and the kids loved the arcade. The grounds were beautiful and lush and the large icons were really cool! Even my husband commented about how nice it was. We even contemplated switching our July ressies from CB to there, but decided to give another resort a try. He really liked how the place wasn't spread out. The bus system was very efficient and we very rarely had to wait for any length of time. I would definatley reccomend this resort to anybody who wants to stay onsite for a resonable price. We'd go back in a heartbeat! This so good since it was so affordable I may be able to convince him into a 3rd trip! LOL
And oh yes......as much as I know we were bad, we had 5 in the room and had no problems with space!!
