Hello! 
My fiance and I returned home today after a wonderful 3 night stay at the YC! It was truly magical. We were upgraded from a standard view to a water view upon check-in and had a glorious 4th floor, NS, king bed room with a view of Crescent Lake, the Boardwalk, and the Eiffel tower! I think the faxed room request worked! It rained (poured!) in the afternoon all 3 days, but cleared out by the evening. The weather was hot and humid all of the days. The YC was not that crowded, but the BC seemed extremely crowded!
We never did get a chance to eat at B&C because the lines were soooo long each time we attempted. We went to Epcot on 8/14, AK and MK 8/15 (for E-night
), and did SAB and Epcot on 8/16. The parks were pretty crowded, more crowded than I had expected. It certainly did not take away from any Disney magic, though! E-night was so surreal! It was a beautiful night without any lines, crowds, or heat. We just had a ball riding the 9 e-night rides and running through the empty park. On a side note, we did not ride Mission:Space because the lines were too long and we had some scheduling conflicts with some of our PS, but we will definitely do this next time!
To top off a wonderful weekend, we were able to see Illuminations last night from our balcony-it was very romantic and unexpected!
It is soooo hard to adjust back to reality, but we will be back October 3 for our wedding, thank God!!!
