We rented points to see if we like DVC. Super easy process and we got a 2BR savanna view. Our view was just ok because we at the end of the savanna against the fence and not many animals came by. The beds were super comfortable. We were treated well by everyone. Our dishwasher stopped working midway through the trip and maintenance came right away even though it was late at night. The food situation is tough if you don’t want to cook. The one QS in the whole resort is woefully inadequate to handle the size of the resort. We did eat at Sanaa and the food was good, but a lot of evenings we just wanted QS and we didn’t want to go far from our hotel. Overall we enjoyed the resort and DVC in general, but we wouldn’t buy there when we do purchase DVC. There are other resorts that would suit our family better.

You sure you weren't on the Pembe Savannah? It's smaller and has less animals and when you talk about the fence it immediately made me think of it.

Either way, if it's not for you then at least you know.

Others, like myself love Kidani.

You could have gone to Mara at Jambo.

Mara is awfully small for AKL but so is Roaring Forks at WL now that they have Boulder and Copper Creek
