We just got back and had a blast. We took our 3 kids and were shocked at the low level of crowds. We never waited more than 15 min. for anything and most everything got right on. We stayed on several rides and rode over and over until me were feeling sick
The weather was a little hot and after a shower felt very sticky. The only time the rain interferred was on our last day and they cancelled the parade at MGM because of it and to add insult to injury, they cancelled all the characters being out, so my son didn't get to see his favorites at all---Mike and Sully and the Power Rangers.
A real bummer. He had been great the whole time, but if you walked by us standing in the rain outside of Mike and Sully's garage, you would have seen the biggest 4 year old fit ever in the pouring rain!!
What are you going to do????
Except for that, we got to see and do everything in all parks that we wanted. We had 5 days in the parks and were disappointed that Living seas was clsoed and would have spent time there if it had been open. The crowds were nice and the weather was nice--all in all a good time of the year to go.
Our main disappointment was the lack of different characters that seemed to be out---everywhere we went, it was the same ones and their time was so short being out usually, so we didn't get to see anyone really unusual, whcih we like to do. We ate at the castle for lunch and the princesses were surprisingly not interactive. They didn't have much to say at all---sign the book, get a pic, say "hi, princess" and move on. We did one at DL where they danced with the girls. My husband and DS4 went to the Donald's Breakfastasaurus and it was great with interaction--practical jokes and everything, so if I were to do it again, I would only do that one. Although, we needed to do the princess one to say we did--maybe the one at Epcot has better interaction. Our food at Epcot was great--Teppanyaki, then Dessert at Marakesh was our favorite meal, both parts very entertaining. DH loved the bellydancing
We would eat at Epcot the whole time if we could. Ask me anything, I feel like we did it all
