Just returned from a great 10 days. Stayed offsite, but ate at a lot of Disney Restaurants.

A couple highlights were..

Teppan Edo...kids loved it, food and server were great. Third time there and will go again.

Flame Tree...great lunch...split two rib and chicken platters and a fruit platter...which was very big and fresh. Highly recommend.

Columbia Harbor House...also great food with large portions. The tuna sandwich was big enough to share.

Worst meal of the whole time had to be dinner at Rainforest Cafe at AK. The food was overpriced and really not good at all. And we are not picky eaters. The server was nice, but kept messing things up. Brought wrong drinks, wrong meals for kids and charged us three times for a plate of $15 nachos. When we questioned the bill, they brought over two managers who argued with us even though we never ordered the second and third nachos...and we had sent them back right away so we certainly didn't eat them!

Final straw was they charged us $30 for the nacho mistake and then figured the mandatory tip with that included since we were a group of ten. Took about 20 minutes of arguing for them to finally fix the bill.

Since it was their mistake, I really feel they should have at the minimum apologized and not argued with us. Even the waiter admitted he made the mistake, but they basically ignored him.

Funny thing was we know how confusing a large group can be when ordering, so we had one adult just order for the kids. It was very simple andnot confusing at all.

So, needless to say, not the best experience and we won't be heading back.

Just wanted to let others know.

We had very similar experiences when we were there last time. Wrong food, mix up on the check, and an absent server.

Sounds like it was a pretty miserable experience. They are owned by Laundry's not Disney, however so is Yak and Yet and it is incredible.

It was pretty miserable. We have eaten here several times in the past, and while we thought last time that it was a bit overpriced, (which we didn't have a problem with), we at least liked the food. But this time it was bad all around and not worth spending our money on.
