Wine and beer are offered from 5 to 7PM. Cordials are offered from 8 - 10PM. I am not sure if you can get wine after 7PM, because we were not there at that time.

You can get beer a lot earlier than 5pm, but it will not be displayed anywhere on the serving line, you will have to request it from the CM on duty.

I used to go to the Poly all the time, though we've switched to the Hyatt for the past 2 or so years, and are looking forward to our upcoming trip.

I remember it as very well maintained throughout.

I just checked Tikiman's website and there isn't a hint of any kind of mousekeeping issues on it.

You have much more will power than we do!

We did not have problems with housekeeping, and we did not think that the grounds were littered. Each morning, we saw crews on the beach and at the pool. The concierge lounge was very well taken care of, and for the most part, the service in our room was good. That said, we have no idea what is going on in other buildings, but Hawaii looked good to us!
