While it's still fresh we did a detailed review of what it was like for us Christmas Week at Disney World - including footage from the trip as well as any advice/tips we could think of to help with planning/mental preparation. :)

Thanks for the great report! We love Holidays at Disney! Our flight got cancelled so we missed Christmas week this year. So sad. Can't wait til we can make it again!

Oh no sorry :( That's a bummer! Glad you enjoyed the review. :)

Thanks for the review! We really want to see it at least once at Christmas but this sounds nuts. We would love to do Magic Kingdom on Xmas day but now I'm not so sure.

I think it's something worth doing once. Just expect to go at a slower pace and bring your patience. :)

We were there Dec 28-Jan 6 at POFQ also. We had an amazing experience. Its true its super crowded but we only get to go in the summer or other times when school is out so we have no low crowd times to compare it to. Interesting to hear your experience.

Thanks - I certainly am glad we did it although I don't know if we would again. Who knows? :)

Wondering if we should do the fireworks dessert party for MK to get reserved viewing as we plan on being there on Christmas Day. I assume the crowd for fireworks is just plain crazy? We usually camp out about 45 mins before to get a good spot but I'm not sure we would want to do it for much longer than that.

That's one time it might be worth paying for a spot. We never even saw the fireworks because it was so crazy at night. Just a wall of humanity. I have no idea how soon you'd have to claim a spot since we didn't try it.

Thanks! Dessert party it is then!
