We were at WDW from Mon. evening 3/28 to Sat. 4/2. We planned to be in the parks for 4 days, but purchased 5 day MYW tickets (only about $10 more per person) so we would have the option of going to a park on Sat. before our 5:30p.m. flight. We ended up not going to a park on Sat., so we have an extra day on our tickets. We totally forgot that you can add no expiration to the tickets. Now that we're home, can we still do this somehow? Can they do it at the Disney store, or over the phone, or are we out of luck?

I'm afraid you are probably out of luck. (Also, since the Disney Stores are no longer actually owned by Disney, the employees might not be as knowledgeable @ WDW/DL tickets as they have been in the past.) I would look up any questions you have about the MYW tickets at: this site's Tickets section [ http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/tickets.htm#blue-tickets ], MouseSavers.Com's MYW Tickets section or over at AllEarsNet.Com's website. I seem to remember that the 'no expiration' option has to be added before you leave WDW...

agnes!

Even if you can upgrade to no expiration it wouldn't be worth it. It would cost about $37 for an adult ticket. You are charged for no expiration option on all days, even if they have already been used.

Thanks for the replies. We did some searching on Mousesavers and came up with the same answer. Unfortunately, we just lose out on a day in the parks.

Super long shot, but you could phone and ask about adding both more days and non-expiration, telling them the codes on the back of the pass.

Imagine you did add non-expiration but no more days to that pass. Total investment $46. which is $9. for MYW Day Number Five plus $37. for non-expiration. Utilizing that one day can be a difficult decision in the future.

Excellent for a day tripper or weekend, but if you went for six days, lopping off one day from your next MYW pass to use up the old leftover day, you save three dollars.
