We just got back last night from a week at Coronado Springs. Had a great time (as always). I'm planning on posting a trip report tomorrow, but here are the highlights.
We only did the parks three days since DH was there for a conference, but still packed a lot in! Got to ride Soarin' several times. It was awesome!! Watched Illuminations in a torrential downpour on Tuesday night. And I almost ran over Samantha Brown from the Travel Channel with my stroller in MK on Friday!
Anyway, if you've got any questions I'll try to answer them!! :earsgirl:

:Pinkbounc You probably ate at Pepper market while there. So what was your favorite foods from the Pepper market? How did you pay if they give you a ticket as you entered the cafeteria and seated you?

Thanks. we leave for WDW in about 10 hours.

How did you like Soaring?? Will it make me dizzy like a simulator??

Did you try any evening EMH's? I'm still curious to hear how these are going. How do the parks look for the 50th Celebration? And how about that shuttle service at CSR! I just learned about that, it's a great idea!

I loved the wet burrito. It was great! They give you the ticket when you walk in and you pay the cashier who sits at the exit. I only ate inside once. I wasn't terribly thrilled with the service. We ended up getting refills for our drinks ourselves because we never saw our waiter again. I got food to goand ate at the tables outside by the lake.

Soarin' was great. We rode three times, but I never got to sit in the front row which I've heard is the best. I didn't think it was as bad as the simulator rides. It was very smooth and relaxing, like you're flying.

We didn't do any evening EMH's this time because DS 2 goes to bed pretty early. The parks looked great for the celebration. We were in Epcot on 5/5 and they had a great setup for the party later that night with a beach theme. There were sandcastles and life guard chairs over by Living Seas, and Oscar statues and a Hollywood sign over near the Land. They had some extra fireworks at MGM a couple of nights and we could see them from our room, which was wonderful!
I never used the shuttle service in CSR (I like to walk), but saw lots of people who did. It seemed to be working great. They had shuttle stops through out the resort and you just waited there for the shuttle. They seemed to come every 5-10 minutes. A lot of times they stopped and asked me if I needed a ride even if I wasn't at the stop which I thought was really nice!
