Hi I just got back.. we stayed 3 nights at hilton dec 23-26 and then dec 30-jan 1 at POFQ (the wonder in between)
For the $100 price diff I would pick the hilton.
The hotel is right across the street for DDT which was nice, we ate the dec 25th. You can use disney transportation.
The only problem was buses back from the parks.
You have to wait in the parking lot.On the 24th is was very cold and on the 25th it was pouring. My children were so cold and wet. MY youngest was hysterical. The buses only came 1x every hr and were crowded.
I should have taken a taxi.
I have young kids so I knew it would be hard to walk across the street in that weather.
service was great.. nice clean hotel.
POFQ.. even though its on Disney.. the walk from the bus stop to the room can be long w young kids. Everytime i walked out of my room, I had no idea were I was.
Food court is not great.. shops not great.
the only nice thing was the pool.
I would prop stay at the hilton next time.
