We just returned Friday night from Bonnet Creek.

It was an Awesome and Beautiful Resort. We were in building 4 room 976 it had the perfect Epcot fireworks view. I will post pictures in a couple of days. We were in a 2 bedroom. I was very impressed with the room and the space there were 4 adults and one child and we never felt cramped at all. The grounds was Gorgeous and the pools were great too. The food choices at the resort were slim but was okay because we only had snacks a couple of times the 6 days we were there.
We did not do any activities at the Resort so I am not sure about what they had going on while we were there.
I would not hesitate to tell anyone to stay there and give it a try.

Okay, we did miss the feel of Disney though and for us i dont think that we will be staying there again during such a busy time at Disney. The reason why is that we miss the EMH from staying at a Disney resort. The parks were crazy busy and long waits for every ride so we were not able to do alot of rides and with this being my Dnephews first tiime I would loved for him to be able to have done more than we were able to do. We still had a great time though but would loved to have the EMHs.

He did love the pools there and he got to swim everyday and he is already asking to go back next year for his Birthday again.

Please dont hold it against me I just wanted to give my honest opinion. We would however stay there again but it would have to be a time when the parks are not crazy. Because for the price of Wyndham over Disney resorts is a no brainer.

The parks were so busy, we have been many, many times to Disney and besides Spring Break I have never seen it like this before. Make sure to drink lots and lots of water and a little water fan is a life saver and also please use tons of sun block because you will be burnt in no time and dont forget the ponchos.

If you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

I was there peak Summer last year (stayed onsite), did not attend any EMHs, and I've never had trouble doing and seeing everything I want to do. The secret during these times for an offsite guest is to *avoid* the EMH park(s) completely, get there before they open, and take a mid-day break from about 1-5. You'll miss the worst of the crowds. Combine that with a sensible touring plan and judicious use of fastpass, you will never wait more than 15 minutes for anything.

We just got back last night and were in the same building, 4 floors above you with the same view. I loved our view and location.

Do you need pool noodles for the pools or lazy river? tia

We check in the 22nd. They said we are in building 4 8th floor but it might change. Glad you enjoyed the resort we love it there. Did you use their shuttle, curious how it ran with park hours. If you happen to have the schedule could you let me know, thanks.

Just a note...you CAN use EMH at the Hilton Bonnet Creek. Just giving another offsite option that may suit your needs. We're going to try it this time since Hubs has Hilton Honors points for reward stay. Plus, I agree with the OP, we have always avoided morning EMH parks and really utilized fast passes and we don't wait. We have been there over Memorial Day a few times and didn't feel like we waited for anything. The only reason it even felt crowded was because it was often standing room only on the busses!

They have tubes for the lazy rivers... sometimes a bit hard to snag one but not too bad. You can also use your own noodles.

You are right on the money Brian! Exactly what we do and we don't have any problems with crowds.
