Okay, the good, the bad, the ugly....

Despite what some others have said, I thought it was crowded, especially at Mk. Ive been to the world at least ten times so its not like I don't know what crowded is.

It rained on our Party thursday night...the only night it rained out of nine nights...go figure...

As far as the MNSSHP...we enjoyed it. Honestly, it wasn't as amazing as some people have shared it to be.. It was fun....that's all I can really say. We didn't get tons of candy, and we went to all the stops at different times. WE didn't find that they gave out more candy at the end of the party...actually, I thought they got even stingier... The fireworks were cool and so was the parade. It would have been even better if the people in the front row wouldn't stand. I don't get that. Why would adults stand in the front row and keep little kids especially from seeing anything. if you're lucky enough to have a great view up front, at least sit down so others can see.

The bus transportation from the WL was HORRIBLE..... in case it didn't stand out enough, I said it was HORRIBLE!!! We waited for an epcot bus almost an hour one day, and then we waitef for an HS bus for about 35-40 another day. Trying to get back from DD was also a nightmore. We left there at 4:30 and didn't get back to the WL until 5:15. I was not happy. We had dinner ressies for WCC at 5:00.

Food.....Basically I have decided that I probably won't be doing the meal plan again. We did it last time we went, but that was when they included the tip and appetizer in the deal. now, its' not really worth it. WE found ourselves eating just to use counter services, and then had to look for places to spend our snack credits on the way out of the park on our last day. We spent a lot more money on meals, considering how much we spent on the plan to begin with. I guess it would be worth it if you wanted to eat all the time, but we just didn't get hungry. We actually started to get aggravated that we had to stop "playing" so early to get to our dinners.

Our fav meal of the trip hands down was LeCellier. All of us decided that we had the best steak of our lives there. The cheddar cheese soup was good...not great IMHO, and the maple creme brulee was not good at all, but the filet and cream cheese mashed potsatoes....oh my gooossshhh....awesome!!! bome was pretty good too. WE had ressies for breakfast there too, but ended up not going. We also skipped our ressies for Plaza Rest., Ohana, and Teppan Edo. Just not enough time and not enough money to do it all. The Norway Princess bf was a little bit of a let down. Probably because the monring before we ate at the castle and had an amazing experience. We got in before the park opened and walked down a totally empty main street. Probably the best disney experience Ive ever had. It was unbelievable. Everything about our experience eating at the castle was super awesome exxcept our waiter, who sucked. He had no personality whatsoever. Service at Coral Reef was super slow, as was service at WCC. Food at coral Reefe was okay...although we thought the wave dessert dish was AWFUL. None of us ate it, and four of us ordered it. Come to think of it, none of the desserts were good, which is another reason we were disappointed by the meal plan. The kids choices sucked too. The only place the kids choices were good were obviously the buffets, and then WCC, which offered a beautiful piece of grilled salmon, which both my children ate. Coral reef also offered a mahi mahi for the kids, which my kids got, but it was a bit dried up. Every single kids meal dessert at our TS meals was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles, choc syrup, and imposter m&ms which I htought was cheesey. the kids got totally sick of the same dessert by day three.

Even though a lot of the above sounds negative, we actually had a great time. We had an awesome mousekeeper who we tipped daily, and who took good care of us. She did speical things for the kids' birthdays. They both got towel animals, and on their birthdays they got balloons, autographed pix of minnie and mickey, candy, and my son got a webkinzs cat left on his bed, and my daughter got a stuffed minnie on her bed. She took good care of us, but we also took good car of her. Our weather was great except for the night of our halloween party, which really stank.

Hmmm...any other thoughts???? I guess not right now. We hated to leave, and are planning our next trip for 2010, and think we will stay ten days next time, so we have more days in between to do some other things off property.
