Just back from WDW & We Are Now Members!

Just got back

from 7 magical days at the Poly. Every day, we passed the DVC kiosk, and I kept noticing this Paper sticking up from a stand that said in big type "$1,500 credit". Finally, on our last day, we decided to check it out. I have looked into it before, and couldn't really squeeze it out of our budget. Well, needless to say, we are now the proud owners of 200 pts at SSR!!!!!

Can't wait until I can GO HOME for the very first time!!!!!

It is always sad coming home is it not?

But look at the bright side. You get to work for the next few months so you can have more spending money on your next trip...

Anyway congrates I guess. We just bought last month and hope to go back in May when the first part of SSR opens.

What a great feeling it must be signing the paperwork right there during your trip.

Wow.

We ended up purchasing resale, sight unseen, via fax and e-mail. Not as 'magical'....but, as long as we are part of the DVC family, everything is good. :teeth:

I remember when we first bought DVC. It was so exciting. I was planning trips in my head and trying to see how I could make our points stretch. Come to think of it, I'm still doing the same thing!!

The poly gets you so darned relaxed it's easier to buy, isn't it? We stayed at WDW (in Florida even!) for the very first time in 2000 and ended up buying BWV, and later VWL.
