I jsut got back from a week with the mouse and it was fabulous. It was one of my best trips ever. I went solo and had a blast. Lines for the most part seemed non-existent (other than Sat at MK). The weather for me was great nice and sunny and green! I did the Evening Magic Hours at Epcot and MGM Studios and they were both great I didn't even stay the entire time at either. I went to the Studios evening hours on Sunday and I got there a little before 7:00 and by 8:10 I had ridden RNR and TOT each 3 times! If anyone has any questions I would be happy to answer them.

No questions here. I just wanted to say "Welcome Back". Glad to hear that you had a good trip!!

:sunny:

I'm going later this week, anything in particular I should know in terms of parade cancellations, rides, restaurants, etc? any surprises in the construction going on?

DissyLove,
You should be fine there are really no cancellations or anything that come to my mind...a lot of people were bummed that Dumbo was down and that Small World was down as well, but other than that things were great. As far as parades go I saw Spectro last Thursday night I got to MK about 6:40 and I got a front row seat on Main Street below the train station no problem. Spots for parades and fireworks seemed easy to come by this trip without having to stake them out an hour or more in advance. The construction at the hub was not as bad as I thought it would be...I was able to get some nice castle pics and I never heard anyone complain about it! On Monday at Epcot I saw them ripping up the pathway in front of the land...also on Friday I went to the studios and did the backlot tour and they were working on the balloons that were in the land pavillion and we also saw them testing stunts for the lights motors action show which was neat! If you want to avoid lines for rides I would avoid MK on Saturdays if it is possible I went there Sat around 5:00 and there were crazy lines in Fantsyland, Tomorrowland, for Pirates, Jungle Cruise, and Big Thunder! But, by 7:00 when the parade started lines were more manageable around 7:30 I went on Buzz and it said 40 minute wait I went on twice by 7:45 :) and was still able to get a good spot on the Tomorrowland bridge for Wishes!

Welcome back! Where did you stay? Did you do any upgrading or trading in of passes?~:)~

SuzyQue
I stayed at CBR and it was great! I did not trade in any passes as I have an annual pass.
