Hi Guys
Got back an hour ago from our all girlie weekend in Valencia. We had a wonderful time and the hotel was just fantastic. I dont know if we would go here again, as it is a little bit behind the times and not a great deal to see.
We only had 2 decent meals the whole time we were there and that was yestereday when we visited the same Italian Resturant twice.
The beach was not great, as although it was long and sandy, it was surrounded by cranes and loads of building works, but in fairness we had gone to see the sights not the beach.
We took an open top bus tour, which was quite nice. The weather was wonderful in the low 80's all day with no rain at all.
Did not spend a great deal of money as all the shops were closed yesterday and today as it's their bank holiday as well, but found a great Market and bought lots of little nic nacs.
All of us girls had a really lovley time together, there were 8 of us and we always go away for the weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays, so far we have been to Balongna, Palma, Prauge,Barcelona,Budapest,and now Valencia with 2 more to go. Next year we think it may be Marakesh.
