Just back from vacation home in Clermont......

Hi,I just wanted to let everyone know we just got back from Florida and renting a great vacation home too!
It was located in the Greater Groves Dev. in Clermont off from 192 on US 27 North. About 2 1/2 miles up the road. It was in a great location for us because we were only here for a few days for some R&R...
It was listed as a 3 Bed/2 Bath but when we got there they had added a fourth bedroom which was a nice child's themed bedroom with two twin beds.Very cute with a container of stuffed animals.
We were very impressed with this home. New furniture in the living area, very nicely decorated thru out. The master bedroom had a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The three other bedrooms were furnished with two twin beds and all had really nice decorations and the mattresses on all the beds were very firm and comfortable! There was a bathroom in the hall where the three twin bedrooms were located.
Outside there was a large pool and huge jacuzzi with an extended deck area.The sun was on the deck from mid-morning till it set later in the evening. We had a thunderstorm roll in about 5 or 6pm every day so that's when we would go inside and get dinner started.Then when we were finished the sun would be back out and back in the pool we went!
Greater Groves was very quiet,in a nice area,and close to a couple of supermarkets.
Thanks to the owners kindness and flexibility we had a wonderful vacation....

It will be listed under 3 Bedroom Homes.It's a 3 Bed/2 Bath in Greater Groves called 'Southern Comfort'.It's got a big write up next to the house with the name of it in big letters so it should not be too hard to find.There are only around 3 pages of three bed homes so you should find it no problem. Oh, and the e-mail info below the write up says to contact 'Angie'. She is just great!
Very kind and flexible too.She lives right around the corner from her vacation home! It's so convenient. I was glad to have her close by because I was kind of stupid about unlocking the door and had to ask her to come over and help.She was more than happy to help me. (duh....I feel so foolish!)
The home is beautiful.You will love it,really!

Oops,Forgot to say that the pictures show the old living room furniture....The new furniture is gorgeous! And comfortable too!

Hi. Thanks for the website. I checked it out and it looks pretty nice. Was that a crib that I saw in the master bedroom? That would be perfect for us. Was Angie flexible about how many days etc? We were only looking for a few days not a week. Did you have to email her to get rates or was it posted somewhere. I don't think that I saw it. Thanks a lot for the help.

Hi Kmygrl73, Yes! That is a crib in the master bedroom! The house is very child oriented.They have alarms on the two doors leading to the pool too. I read their guest booklet and it has had dozens of families staying in this villa and they also give it high kudos.
Some with four children! It shows groups of 2 to 8 people stayed in the house!
You can contact Angie by e-mail and she is quick to get back to you. We paid $110.00 per night.Includes all taxes and fees too.
Angie is really great and very flexible. We only stayed 3 nights..
