We just got back tonight. Stayed in villa 7009 from Sunday until today. Great spot with a water view out of the master bedroom window and the bus stop was at the end of the walkway.
One thing we were not made aware of when booking was that you have to take two busses. One from the park to Saratoga Springs Resort and then exit that bus and wait for a THV bus. I was told it is possible to walk it but that it's about a 10 min walk. We never did walk it so I can't say if that is correct. The two busses was not an issue for us but it could be for some people. If you have a family member in a wheelchair or one of those motorized scooters it takes longer to get on and off the bus so adding an extra on and off to your routine could be a PITA. I also think if you're coming from the parks at night with little ones and a stroller it could be a pain too. I'm not complaining about it at all just want to make people aware of it before they book there.
The Treehouse Villas are beautiful. It's so quiet. My DH liked it so much he was talking about building an octagon house
Having three bedrooms was great. The boys each had their own room with a TV in it. My 18 yr old son is 6'2" and said he didn't fit in the bunk bed and slept kind of corner to corner with his feet hanging off. My 21 yr old is 6'4" so he got the room with the queen sized bed.
It sleeps 9 but that would be a tight fit if you spend any time hanging around the villa. It was me, my DH, DS 18 and DS 21 so it was perfect for us.
