LEt me know what y'all think!
Thanks!

I don't see anything wrong with them. I plan on trying them and if I like them, I'll take some on vacation with us to Hilton Head in November.

If someone sees anything wrong with these snacks, please let us know. Otherwise, I'd like to enjoy some with salsa.

We have a Trader Joe's in our neighborhood and I can't wait to check them out!

They don't look too bad. I'd probably eat them. I do miss tortillas and salsa! I can make the salsa but with nothing to dip them in makes me sad.

For WWers - It's 2 points per serving. That would be a great snack with salsa (0 points)....

The soy & flaxseeds are good for you. I'm just curious - are these baked or fried? If fried - what kind of oil is it fried in?

Thanks for the replys!! I didn't think that they looked too bad with the high fiber and protein!

ZerasPride....thanks to all of your replys to my posts your support means a lot and you are an inspiration to us all! Visit the Trader Joes in your neighborhood....you will love it!

CruisingCa2005.....the package doesn't say "baked" so I will assume they are fried...
The ingredients are as follows:

Stone Ground Yellow Corn, Soy Grits, Brown Flaxseed, Corn Oil or Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Water, Trace of Lime.

That's it!

Anyone else have an opinion??

Cindy...I love chips and salsa too and missed those darn tortilla chips for dipping. Here's what I did: I took a low-carb pita bread, cut it into triangles, and just "crisped" them in the toaster oven! One whole pita has only 5 net carbs. It's not tortilla chips, but they work great for salsa and other dips too.
