:) If you have any questions, ask away! We had a wonderful stay. Everything was so nice, the staff was wonderful. We had room 1260. With a great view of Tower of Terror on the right and the boats and waterway on the left. This is our second stay at the Swan and I really don't want to stay anywhere else!

Hi,
We're thinking of staying at the Swan in December and upgrading from a standard room using our SPG points, hopefully upgrading to concierge and balcony view with the number of points we have. What "type" room did you stay in, and did you use points? Did you use any of their buses for transportation? We'll have a rental car but some of us may want to split up and go in different directions. Anything else good about the Swan that you can tell us would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rita

Disneycrazymom -

Thanks for the report - we just love the Swan/Dolphin also!

Could you tell me how you liked the heavenly beds? Did the beds have feather pillows and feather comfortors? Have you stayed at the Dolphin yet and do you like the Swan better? Thanks!

We were on the club level, we did not use points but my DH is a plat level so we are always upgraded when available. Our room did not have a balcony, I didn't feel comfortable being on the 12th floor with DD 2 and a balcony.;) The view was really nice. We ate breakfast every morning in the club room and it was good. Mamma T and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They discovered that my DD is in a cheese phase and saved her some from the evening snacks to have the next morning. So very sweet! They sent us off with water to the parks and pool, and that was GREAT! I can't compare to the Dolphin, we have been at the Swan both times but I like the smaller hotels, and the Swan's personal service. I want to go buy a heavenly bed for home!!! It was so comfortable! I can't remember about the pillows, but I know the comforter was not feather.

We used only their transportation, as we did not rent a car this trip. The boats are the best, very relaxing and very easy even with a stroller. We used the bus to MK and it was fine. The Swan/etc are the first stop, and it only takes about 15 minutes. We never had to stand. Walking to the Boardwalk is AWSOME!:) I can't wait to go back and stay at the Swan again.
