Just back from the Poly! Any questions?

Hi! We just returned from a magical stay at the Poly for our honeymoon. We requested Tahiti with our reservation and I faxed it 3 days prior. We arrived approx. 9:00am, and I did not think our room would be ready. We were happily surprised when the CM said it was...we got Tahiti 3023...WONDERFUL! The view was spectacular.

We found a magical moments certificate under our door the second day (it was our honeymoon!) We did not get any towel animals (I know I shouldn't expect them!), but we lkoved them last time at WL. The Poly is beautiful and the transportation can't be beat. We were so close to TTC. The only think I didn't like was having to walk to GHC for everything we needed. I kind of wished I had chosen a building a little closer to it, but then we would have given up the proximity to TTC. Overall, we loved it. We watched the MNSSHP 10-30 fireworks from our balcony...I just can't explain how magical that was! We hated to come home.

Thank Hayley! My new husband and I have been saying "Aloha" to each other to try and recreate our wonderful time at the Poly! We are already planning next years trip!

Sounds like a DREAM Honeymoon!
We're staying at the Poly Concierge right before
Xmas...was wondering are they still doing construction?
When we had breakfast at the Poly, it looked like alot
of refurbishing going on...kind of blew to theming for us!
But we've always heard that the Poly is great! Can't Wait...
those AP passes are burning a hole in our pockets!!

I think there is a building still being refurbished, but it wasn't one near us...we didn't notice anything major. I think they are adding a bus stop (?) near the entrance but I can't be sure. Whatever they may be doing didn't interfere with our location. Have a great time!
