We Loved It. Best service we've had at any of the resorts. We had a standard wing room reserved at the AP rate. I'm guessing we received an upgrade to a Garden North Wing Room. We were in room 7110 on the first floor looking out at the Playground and then the lake. I believe our room was closer to the Food and Fun Center than any of the Tower rooms. The room was very clean and large, almost as large as the SOG rooms. DS (6) loved sleeping on the twin bed that the Sofa turned over into. We never felt cramped even with the Pack-n-play set up against one wall. Had a wonderful stay, will definitely go back.

And it looked like they were still working on the South Wing and on two different floors of the Tower. I felt sorry for anyone who may have been staying near the renovations and trying to take mid-day naps, because there was a lot of construction noise in the concourse.

Your North Garden Wing room - did it not have 2 queens and a day bed ?
You mentioned sofa ? Was your room a king bed with a sofa ?

We would need 2 queens and a daybed.

Glad to hear the North Wing was clean and not dingy as other reports
have written about.

Thanks.

Sounds like you had a nice stay! Thanks for posting!

Yes, it had two queens, a couch that converted into a twin bed, a table in front of the couch, and a comfy chair and ottoman.
And we were pleasantly surprised with the condition of our room as we had read the same bad reviews.

Glad you had a great time and wonderful service!

Thanks for the report!

We were practically neighbors.LOL
That wasn't you running up and down the halls at midnight was it? pirate:

We were in a South Garden Wing room for seven nights (just got home yesterday). It was perfect. Loved the pool. Didn't hear any construction noise at all. I agree that the wing rooms are better than the tower rooms (unless you just have to have that MK view). We had a great view of the lake and pool.

We also had two queen beds and the convertible sofa that flipped over to a twin sized bed. We were in 5312.

My newest favorite WDW resort. So nice I plan to use my DVC points to stay here in the summer times.
