Hi Crusader - We were in room 5047 which is a one story GV on the fifth ( top) floor. It is directly above the general store and the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the BW and a window facing down into the courtyard entrance. The room ran along the BW so all of the rooms had balconies overlooking the BW. I found the GV to be very clean and the balconies were in very nice shape. One of the two balconies in the living room had a large "railing" making it difficult to see the BW straight down. All other balconies were typical configurations. We were there with a total of 24 people and we used the room almost every night for a get-together. We had dinner in the room 4 nights and had so much fun that we even cancelled a dinner out scheduled for the last night to eat in our room. My children ( ages 18 months to 8 years) preferred eating in the room so they could play . I found it more enjoyable to eat in the room since my two littlest, especially the 18 month boy, usually end up running around and my wife or I end spending our time walking around with them at a restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday and checked out the following Saturday for a toal of 7 nights. We would usually gather for a cocktail/beer in the room before heading out each night and many times everyone came back to our room after EPCOT closed for a drink or dessert. Our group was split between children and adults and ran from ages 18 months to 81 years. We go every January - usually about 12-14 people- but this was the first time we ever stayed in a GV. It was a whole bunch of points but it was worth every point. Even when everyone was in the room, the room never felt crowded.....Rich
