We just spent July 17-23 at Disney and stayed at the Boardwalk Villas. The resort is beautiful! I can't say enough about it. Our room was terrific. It was a one bedroom villa. We had a washer and dryer right in our room which comes in very handy when traveling with a 2 year old. Our villa overlooked the boardwalk. It was a beautiful view and we had no problem with nighttime noise. A nice walk around the water will let you visit 4 other resorts. Not to mention Epcot is only a 5 minute walk away. That was very convenient! And hop on the boat and you are at MGM in 10 minutes. We used the bus transportation to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney with no problems at all. The Boardwalk cast members were all very nice and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying at the Boardwalk.
