just back from SSR

Just back from SSR and my biggest complaint was that after being told at check in that our request for a room at the first bus stop was a go...... the paddock stop by our room was CLOSED and we had a long walk to the next stop.
The room was really nice but the long trek to and from the front of SSR and the bus stop was a real bummer. We were too tired to walk all the way to the pool after a day at the parks.
Make sure you get a room closer to the front.

Geez you'd think MS would be aware of a bus stop closure. Although in their defense you didn't actually ask for a WORKING bus stop. Just kidding.

DH and I just stayed at SSR too, and walking was for sure the name of the game. Not that I wasn't expecting it, but just that it's a different story when you stuffed the wrong sandles in the suitcase and didn't have any comfortable ones to wear, (not saying who could have done that lol)! Hope you (like DH and I) had a wonderful vacation anyway! I wish I were taking those long treaks back to the room now instead of sitting here at home with the Post-Disney Blues!

... and the bus stop for Carrousel is not that far away from the Paddock . .
