Just back from SSR- Best trip ever!!!!

I'm with you, I think the main pool is great. My only wish is that is was bigger...

I have to admit, while we stayed at the BWV's, we walked over to BCV's and that pool is simply amazing. Our daughter loved the sandy bottom -

I wish the main pool at SSR was larger too. But we've been to BWV's and my kids don't like sliding through the math of a clown. Major creepo factor for us. And pool hopping isn't usually allowed at BC so you must have spread some pixie dust on them.

Thanks for the post. We are going to be staying at SSR from May 28th til June 4th, so this TR has really gotten my blood pumping This will be the first time that I have been to Disney as a DVC so we are really excited.

We are staying at SSR for the first time in November and after hearing quite a bit of negative comments, it's nice to hear some good ones. We have requested the Grandstand section to be near the main buildings. I would love to stay at Congress Park and have the great view of DTD but we have my MIL going with us so we need a room close to everything but has it's own quiet pool.

I can't wait!!

We love SSR and it's the reason we bought into DVC. I think luck and time plays into the bus situation. We usually leave a park at the wrong time and end up waiting. We've walked out to the stop at the resort and after 5 minutes here comes the bus we are waiting for. We've also had to wait for 30 minutes and watch a parade of Epcot buses. Don't know but maybe it was a sign that we should have gone to Epcot that day instead of whatever park we had planned.

As for AP, we must hit it at the right time(It's kind of nutty at breakfast time only done that once) for lunch or dinner.
